I had to exchange an item and overall it went smoothly. Support got back to me quickly and walked me through what to do, though I’ll admit the first message was a little unclear, which was kind of annoying. Once I figured it out, the return itself wasn’t confusing, and I got the update when they said I would. it wasn’t a big headache in the end, and that’s really all I wanted.

I got it installed without much trouble. For me, it felt straightforward, and I didn’t run into anything that made the process frustrating.

I’ve taken it on a few range trips now, and the coating still looks good. There’s just a little bit of wear around the edges, which seems normal if you’re actually using it. Overall, it’s holding up well and seems like a solid finish for the price.

Well... I ordered from Zaffiri Precision and the product itself was fine, no real complaints there. The shipping just took way longer than I expected, and I barely got any updates for a while, so I kept having to check on it myself. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for what I paid, I definitely thought it would move faster. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

My order arrived really well packed, with no dents or anything rattling around inside. You can tell they took care with the boxing, which I really appreciated 😊

I’ve taken my Zaffiri setup out for a few range trips now, and so far I’m feeling good about it. After the first cleaning, I didn’t run into any odd jams or fitment problems, which was a relief. Shipping was solid too, nothing to complain about there. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out and I’d buy it again.

I needed a slide that I couldn’t really find anywhere else, and Zaffiri had it listed on their site. I wasn’t totally sure if it would actually be available or turn into some backorder thing, but the order went through easily and there weren’t any weird surprises...

It looks good at first glance, but the finish was rougher than I expected. Because of that, it just didn’t feel as polished as I was hoping.

Got my slide back and the machining was really clean, like I was checking the cuts and then noticed everything lined up exactly how it should. The finish actually looked better than I expected, and the fit was tight but still smooth. Took it to the range too and, anyway, no issues at all. Happy with how it turned out.
